How does it work?

1) you are provided with PBX system + software

2) we configure your menus, and handle all your voice and calls

3) there will be an option for your customer to pay via the telephone, (you should personalise this with your own sound files)

4) customer pays over the phone via EPDQ

Viocom.co.uk has been going through some major changes to increase our edge in the UK Voip market.  We are proud to let you know that we are the only UK IAX provider who offers Hosted wholesale solutions such as PBX systems will unlimited storage and unmetered bandwidth.

We are currently looking into H323 solutions at the moment but not currently offering this service until we have this stable and able to work within our current framework. We have a cloud infrastructure in place and are probably the only UK VOIP wholesaler who have such a infrastructure.

We currently offer IAX2 and SIP protocols at the moment and are able to provide unlimited circuits per customer. Many of our customers have recently been asking about obtaining many circuits for backups and more for their users. We do laugh, we are not normal VOIP providers. We see such things as extensions and backup circuits as things that should be free so we just simply give them away on a per number basis.

Many of our customers have asterisk boxes so we are able to help them to get integrated as soon and as efficiently as possible.

Last month we deployed 2 new Xen Servers with 10TBs for our new Hosted PBX services with direct peering into our core systems. This means we are now able to provide customers with web hosting, email facilities, and of course voice traffic on one box. This enables our customers to save so much money which they are unwilling to spend, especially in the marketplace today.
